The Christian educators ready to serve you here at the School of Communications (SOC) are dedicated to providing Christian private and home school teachers with the tools to develop essential, college preparatory communications skills in students. We believe that all students must have the opportunities and resources to develop these skills.

• see and interpret [visual communications]
  including media literacy

The materials created and programs developed by SOC reflect the two types of communication: receptive and expressive. We define receptive communication as the receiving of information: viewing, listening and reading. Expressive communication conveys information and includes: creating visual messages, speaking and writing.

The perspective contained in each program offered is a Biblical worldview.
The touchstone for every SOC resource is the Word of God.
